Our Milano Biker Jacket is meticulously hand-stitched from premium full-grain Italian lambskin leather. Each jacket undergoes a 47-step craftsmanship process, from pattern cutting to final pressing. The leather is sourced from select Italian tanneries with decades of heritage, ensuring exceptional softness, durability, and a natural patina that develops beautifully over time. Features include asymmetric zip closure, snap-down lapels, zippered cuffs, and three exterior pockets.
With proper care, your Heritage jacket will develop a beautiful patina and last a lifetime — backed by our warranty.
Over 12,000 individual stitches go into each jacket. Our master craftsmen use waxed linen thread and traditional saddle-stitching techniques that outlast machine stitching by decades. Every seam is reinforced at stress points, ensuring structural integrity that improves with wear.
Every zipper, snap, and buckle is sourced from YKK Japan and finished in antique brass. Each piece is tested for 10,000+ cycles to ensure a lifetime of reliable use. The hardware is deliberately aged to complement the leather's natural patina development.
Why VELLE HIDE
Sourced from the finest Italian tanneries, aged for 6 months before cutting.
Each jacket passes through 47 handcraft stages from hide to finished garment.
Natural wax finish repels light rain while allowing the leather to breathe.
Develops a rich patina unique to you — more character with every wear.
It all starts with the raw materials. We use nothing but the best full-grain natural leather, YKK zippers, and soft polyester lining to ensure comfort, durability, and timeless appeal. Our hides are hand-selected from European tanneries that have perfected their craft over centuries.
We believe luxury should be accessible. By cutting out middlemen, storefront costs, and inefficient marketing, we bring you jackets at a fraction of traditional luxury prices — without compromising on a single stitch. The same quality. None of the markup.
Each jacket travels through 47 meticulous stages — from raw hide selection and vegetable tanning, through hand-cutting, edge painting, and saddle-stitching, to the final quality inspection — before it earns the Velle Hide mark.
Full-grain hides are hand-selected and slow-tanned using a vegetable process that takes 30+ days — producing leather with depth, resilience, and character.
Master cutters lay patterns to maximize grain beauty while minimizing waste. Each panel is edge-painted, skived, and hand-assembled with waxed linen thread.
Hardware is fitted, linings are sewn, and every jacket undergoes a 22-point quality inspection before being wrapped in our signature dust bag and gift box.
